BARBARA CLAUSS
I have been a member of the Paris Bar for more than twenty years and co-founded Equanime Lex International to help you understand your rights and problems relating to visas for entry into France, residence and French nationality. I also act in family law (divorce, separation, filiation, adoption). I represent you with pugnacity in the preservation and defence of your rights. I am attentive to your needs and I know how to adapt easily to the specificities of each and everyone.
I have training and experience in transnational cases, I work fluently in English and can be consulted by videoconference if you are abroad.
I am also a trainer for the Paris Bar Training School and co-lead the Nationality Commission of the Paris Bar.
